As the spring breeze brings warmth and all things come back to life, our school hosted a series of vibrant and diverse Lantern Festival activities for Grade 7 and Grade 8 students, aiming to immerse them in the timeless charm of fine traditional Chinese culture and the rich, joyful spirit of the festival.

The Grade 8 garden fair, “Bright Lantern Night, Splendid Nanhu”, unfolded in the lobby of the teaching building. Through lanterns, riddles, and festive couplets, students embarked on an immersive journey into Lantern Festival traditions, where millennia-old culture shone anew with the vibrant spirit of modern youth.

The Grade 7 yangge competition, “Yangge Rhythm of Youth, Dancing Together in Nanhu”, kicked off on the snow-blanketed playground. Teachers and students danced to the drum rhythm, their colorful fans soaring like wings, delivering a captivating spectacle that blended the grace of folk tradition, the vibrancy of youth, and the graceful beauty of the snowy scenery.
